Philip Piek Sr.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of Piek Group, established in 1986. With four decades of leadership and industry experience, Philip has been instrumental in building and developing the group into the successful family business it is today. His vision, entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to long-term growth continue to guide the strategic direction of Piek Group, while preserving the strong family values, trusted relationships and principles on which the company was built.
Antonette Piek
Entrepreneur | Operations
Antonette Piek is the founder and owner of Get Together Coffee, bringing her entrepreneurial vision and passion for hospitality to the Piek Group. In addition to leading and growing the Get Together Coffee brand, she plays an important role in the group's wider operations, contributing valuable insight, leadership and a strong focus on customer experience. Her involvement continues to support the growth and diversification of the family business.
Philip Piek Jr.
Managing Director
Philip Piek Jr. plays a key leadership role in the strategic direction, operations and continued growth of Piek Group. With a degree in Civil Engineering, he brings valuable technical expertise to the development of new sites, from initial planning and design through to project execution. Working closely with the CEO, his combination of engineering knowledge, operational experience and strategic insight supports the group's expansion and long-term vision as a family business.
De Ville Piek
Site Manager | Marketing & Operations
Overseeing the management and strategic operations of Engen Northridge, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer experience and business growth. His role extends across Piek Group, where he contributes to marketing strategy, brand development and operational initiatives, working to strengthen performance and support the continued growth of the group.
